| In Australia, within the sport of trampolining, there is a grading structure of 10 levels, from Level 1 (beginners) through Level 5 (State/National) to Level 10 (International). Gymnastics Australia call this the Proficiency Award Scheme or PAS. Each level has required elements including: individual skills, skill combinations, and a routine. All of these must be performed to a sufficient standard to pass. As the PAS Manual costs $12 from Gymnastics Australia, I am not going to provide all the details here, just the routines for the lower levels to provide newcomers to the sport with a basic idea of what is required for each level. | ||
